get there from here

It's no surprise that students who live on campus their first year of college excel academically and socially. Our multiple layers of support provide students with an immersive university experience while gaining skills to live independently, succeed in their classes, and be #collegegoals.

First year students are not required to live on campus, however it is highly recommended. As part of our First Year Experience program, residents will navigate their first year at Stan State together, attend free social, academic, and wellness events, receive guaranteed enrollment in select classes, and gain access to academic advising and support programs exclusive to Housing residents.

What's the difference between Apartment, Suite, and Deluxe units?

  • "Traditional" suite-style units have a shared mini-fridge and microwave instead of a full kitchen.
  • Apartment-style units include a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, sink, and dishwasher.
  • Double Deluxe units have a full kitchen, plus a fourth room with study desks and additional storage space.
