This section provides information for students interested in returning to Stanislaus State to complete their degree.
Returning Students who left in good academic standing, or probation can reapply to university through the Welcome Back Form.
The Admissions office will review your request and notify you by email if you are admissible or not.

Returning students who attended elsewhere after the last term of enrollment of Stanislaus State will need to update their application with current information through the Cal State Apply application.
Students returning to Stanislaus State after being disqualified must be reinstated following the appropriate instructions:
- Academic Disqualification (due to GPA).
- A student seeking reinstatement must bring a Reinstatement Petition and any documentation necessary to prove an improved GPA to the Academic Success Center during walk-in advising hours. Go to Academic Disqualification for more information.

Admitted? Next Steps
You may be eligible for a Priority Registration Appointment based on the date you submit a request to re-enroll or the date you accept your admission. To be considered for a Priority Registration Appointment, please submit a request to re-enroll and accept your admission by the dates below.
- Fall Semester: March 20th
- Spring Semester: October 1st
If you do not meet the priority registration deadline, you will be eligible to enroll during open registration. Registration periods are listed in the Class Schedule. Eligible students who do not receive an Appointment Notice three days before the beginning of Priority Registration should call the Registration Helpline at (209) 667-3264.
