You will need to complete the required items listed in your myStanState student center To-Do List. For help completing the Becoming a Warrior item, please watch the provided walkthrough guide.
3. New Student Orientation
More information to come.
4. Submit Required Material
First Year
Send official transcripts by the specified deadline in your to-do list in your myStanState student center to confirm your eligibility.
Transfers
Test scores or other external credit must be sent directly from the issuing agency (ie: College Board, CLEP, military credit, etc). If you are accepted to Stanislaus State, send official transcripts by the specified deadline to confirm your eligibility and have a transfer credit evaluation completed in time for New Student Orientation.
Residency
Although residency for tuition purposes is NOT a factor in admissions, we are required to establish your residency status. You may receive communication requesting additional information. See more on Residency Information.
5. Apply for Financial Aid & Scholarships
File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid or your California Dream Act– Changes are coming to the 2024-25 FAFSA/CADAA. The application filing begins Dec. 31. The California priority application deadline for 2024-2025 FAFSA is April 2, 2024. For more information, visit your student center and the Financial Aid & Scholarship Office.
6. Campus Tours
The campus visit is among the most important parts of the college decision process. We invite you to tour the campus, meet current students, learn about campus offerings and more! Campus visit opportunities are available year-round.
7. Housing
Live in the heart of Warrior nation. Students who live on campus have higher graduation rates, higher GPAs and graduate faster than those who live off-campus. Research shows that students who choose to live on campus have stronger connections with faculty and to their campus, better relationships with their peers and are more likely to get involved. Being within an 8-minute walk to any building on campus doesn't hurt, either.
Experience it for yourself. Apply for housing today.
