Receive Login Instructions
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you within 1 week after submission, along with instructions to create one password to access myStanState (your student portal) and Stanislaus State email account. It is the student's responsibility to keep track of their admission application through myStanState and their university email. Please note these are two different accounts with the same username and password.
Check your E-Mail
E-mail is our official means of communication so it is important you check your University e-mail regularly. Failure to meet specified deadlines will make you ineligible to enroll for the term you were admitted for.
Check your myStanState
The myStanState student center is where you can view your admission information, any holds and where you will eventually register and pay for classes.
Registering for Classes
You are eligible for priority registration if you were admitted by October 1st for Spring or mid-March for Fall. Your registration appointment will appear on your myStanState student center and will either indicate a priority registration appointment or open enrollment dates if admitted after the specified dates. View important registration dates and deadlines.
Tuition Fees
Established deadlines for tuition fees can be found here. All tuition fees must be paid by the fee payment deadline. Students that do not pay their tuition fees or have enough anticipated financial aid by the deadline will be dropped from their courses for non-payment of tuition fees. Please note that all in-person Cashiering transactions require you to have a Warrior ID. If you do not have a Warrior ID, you can obtain one at the University Student Union Information Desk or at the Stockton Center Student Information Desk. Installment payment plans are also available.
Health Screening
Entering CSU students are required to present proof of immunizations before beginning their first term of enrollment. Failure to provide this proof may result in a placement HOLD on one's records, thereby preventing registration for the following semester. Visit the Health Center for more information.
