Keeping Costs Low and Expectations High

Housing and Residential Life at Stanislaus State consistently has some of the lowest rental rates in the CSU system. Even though our costs are low, we still maintain a high number of services and amenities to provide the best quality of living and value for our residents.

In response to COVID-19, all residents will be placed in a single bedroom and shared bedrooms will not be available. The single bedroom rent rate has been discounted due to this requirement.

2020-21 Academic Year Rent Rates

The cost to live in the residence halls is based on two factors: room type and meal plan. Rooms are available in single occupancy (one person per room), double occupancy (two people per room) and triple occupancy (three people per room).
