Keeping Costs Low and Expectations High

Housing and Residential Life at Stanislaus State consistently has some of the lowest rental rates in the CSU system. Even though our costs are low, we still maintain a high number of services and amenities to provide the best quality of living and value for our residents.

To calculate your total cost to live on campus, simply add together your Room Type and Meal Plan.

2021-22 Academic Year Rental Rates

Room types are currently available in single or double occupancy, with a maximum of four residents per unit. We anticipate at least one resident per bedroom for Fall 2021.

2021-22 rates are based on 2019-2020 rental rates, resulting in a significant savings for residents. Rates are subject to change based on on-campus offerings and services and any rate changes will be announced to all housing applicants via Stan State email.
