Experience all that living on campus has to offer. Why do our residents have higher GPAs? What's the on-campus difference? When can I apply? These are all things you'll learn on your housing tour.
Can't make it to campus for an in-person housing tour? We also offer live tours on Zoom! Use the scheduler below to request a Zoom tour, or visit the Stan State Housing YouTube Channel to view some of our unit types. Floorplans are available on the Rates & Dining page of the Housing website or inside your housing application.
On-campus housing tours are available by appointment. Use the scheduler below to book an in-person or virtual tour! If your preferred tour time is not available, or if you would like to request a group tour, please email the Housing Office. We will do our best to accommodate, subject to staff availability.

Use our online Bookings calendar to submit your tour request. Please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival.

Housing and Residential Life is located directly off of Christoffersen Parkway on the North side of campus, next to Stan State Parking Lots 6 and 7. It can be helpful to use the address "1 Village Circle" instead of "1 University Circle" to route to the correct area.
Proceed through Parking Lot 6 and down the small sideroad, which will deadend next to the Housing Office. There, tour guests can park in one of the spaces marked "Housing and Residential Life" for the duration of your housing tour.
Please check in at the Housing Office when you arrive. You will not enter through any gates to access the office.
New Stan State students attending New Student Orientation and New Student Advising & Registration are invited to take a housing tour while they're on-campus that day. No pre-registration required for a tour during NSO or NSAR - just drop by the Housing Office!
Interested in seeing more of the Stan State campus? The Admissions and Outreach team has in-person and virtual tours available! These tours include a general overview of housing but do not go into residential units.
