CBEST Workshops
The Stanislaus State CBEST Workshops provide an introduction to exam specifications and content, which aim to test basic reading, mathematics, and writing skills that are vital for jobs in education. Attendees gain the tools to break down exam questions, participate in interactive practice test questions, and acquire an overall understanding of each exam.
Stanislaus State will be hosing CBEST workshops again in the future. Dates are TBD.
Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship
The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), provides scholarship opportunities for math and science majors and degree holders to support them in completing a Secondary (Single Subject) Teaching Credential. Scholarship recipients will benefit from a cohort support system, enhanced learning, and professional development opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring from Stan State Math and Science Faculty.
Math and science majors who have attained Junior level status, career changers/returning students who have been admitted into the Single Subject Credential Program are eligible to apply!!
The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program will award annual scholarships in the amount of $13,000 in exchange for teaching service upon completion of a credential. Scholarships will be awarded each academic year and can be received by a recipient for a maximum of three years.
