We understand that employees are not the only individuals that require system access (i.e., CHRS Recruiting, 25live, email, Peoplesoft, CSU Learn, etc.). Requesting access for a non-CSU employee is done by submitting the paperless Non-CSU Employee Access Request form.
Due to system limitations, we are unable to provide access without having the individual’s social security number and date of birth.

*After initiation, it is recommended that you notify the individual requiring access that they will be receiving an email from an HR representative requesting additional information.
