FREE 30-minute parking is available in the first row of Lot 11 in front of the Mary Stuart Rogers Building.

Required tasks/items:

• ID is required
• Pen, as a signature will be required

Paychecks Not Picked Up

Paychecks not picked up on this day will continue to be available for pick up during Cashier’s hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. If you need your check mailed, please contact Human Resources at payrollsa@csustan.edu or HR_assistant@csustan.edu.

3rd Party Pickup

If you need someone else to pick up your check for you, they must present the 3rd Party Authorization to Pick up Payroll Check form. It must be filled out by you and given to them prior to picking up. They must also present an ID with the form.

Cal Employee Connect

In response to COVID-19, the State Controller’s Office (SCO) has suspended the printing of direct deposit advices for all departments and campuses with access to Cal Employee Connect (CEC). Cal Employee Connect allows you to view your paycheck/direct deposit advice and annual W-2 online. A registration Job Aid can be found on the Human Resources website.
