The Division of Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, and Compliance is home to the following two departments:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Equal Opportunity & Compliance (EOC)
The division is responsible for several functional areas, including employment, benefits, payroll, human resources information/records management, compensation, policies, training, labor relations, DHR and Whistleblower complaints/investigations, Title IX, ADA and Clery Compliance.
