General Information

The Classification & Compensation (C&C) team operates under the guidance of the California State University (CSU) Chancellor's Office. They collaborate with Appropriate Administrators throughout the campus to offer support in analyzing classifications, determining fair compensation, and interpreting and implementing the provisions of collective bargaining agreements. Working together, the C&C team ensures consistency in classification and compensation processes while adhering to applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

The following are changes you can request on the Classification & Compensation Request Form. Submit the completed form and required supportive documentation to Class_comp@csustan.edu via email.

Please note:

  • All requests must be submitted with a data warehouse report, current organizational chart, completed justification memo as well as any additional required documents based on transaction type.
  • Incomplete forms will not be considered and returned to the requestor.
