SC Service Desk header

The SC Service Desk, located on the first floor of the Student Center, offers many services to meet students’ needs in a helpful and efficient manner. Students can rent laptops, chargers, picnic blankets, board games and gaming equipment to use in the Warrior Grill. They offer Print-N-Go services, sale bus passes, and provide one free scantron and pencil per visit. The Service Desk is also the location where you can pay for Special Event tickets and SC Weekend Warrior Trips, and where you check in to use the SC family room.

Students can check out a laptop from the Service Desk to use while in the Student Center. Maximum checkout time is 4 hours per use. Laptops are for use in the Student Center only - please do not take laptops out of the building. University ID is required for checkout.

  1. E-mail documents to scservicedesk@csustan.edu, 30 minutes prior to pick up (email must include your name, file, pick-up time, phone number, color or b&w). Email subject line must read "Print-n-Go."

  • Printing- $.05 per page
  • Copying- $.05 per page
  • Bus Passes - prices vary
    • Merced: 31 Day Pass
    • MAX: Single Day Pass, 7 Day Pass, and 31 Day Pass
