ASI & SC Executive Director
In close consultation with the ASI President and SC Chair, the Executive Director is responsible for providing administrative, operational, fiscal, supervisory and leadership guidance for ASI and SC managed services and programs. In addition, they oversee the daily operations and administration of the ASI and SC facility, programs, and services.
SC Assistant Director of Operations
The SC Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the University Student Center building, including services, repairs, building security, and custodial services.
ASI Leadership Manager
The ASI Leadership Manager advises multiple levels of the ASI student government and SC Board of Directors. Provides opportunities for students and the campus community to participate in a variety of activities, events, and services. In addition, they plan and coordinate leadership training and community service programs.
ASI Marketing and Assessment Manager
The ASI Marketing and Assessment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and communications initiatives while enhancing the marketing and communications efforts of ASI and SC programs and services. In addition, they plan and coordinate the collection of organizational data to be incorporated in ASI and SC assessment reports.
SC Human Resource and Risk Manager
The SC Human Resource and Risk Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and maintaining all human resources and risk management functions on a daily basis for ASI and SC.
ASI Programs Advisor
The ASI Programs Advisor is responsible for working with and advising student assistants and volunteers in the coordination and implementation of campus pride, cultural, educational, social, fun, and special event programs for the campus community.
Interim SC Custodial Services Supervisor – Part-Time
The SC Custodial Services Supervisor is responsible for directing custodial student assistants in the overall external and internal appearance of the Student Center Building.
SC Building Maintenance Supervisor
The SC Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating student assistant staff to provide services, routine maintenance and security of the Student Center Building.
ASI Graphic Design and IT Coordinator
The ASI Graphic Design and IT Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing the overall image and brand of ASI and SC. In addition, they coordinate with the campus Office of Information Technology on IT projects and provide support to ASI and SC.
ASI Marketing Services Coordinator
The ASI Marketing Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional displays which keep the campus community informed of programs and services offered by ASI and SC.
SC Reservations Coordinator
The SC Reservations Coordinator is responsible for the marketing, scheduling and event planning for groups reserving the University Student Center facilities and University Quad.
Interim SC Programs and Services Coordinator – Stockton Campus
The Interim SC Programs and Services Coordinator is responsible for directing student assistants and volunteers who coordinate activities such as campus pride, weekend warrior, and special events for students and the campus community to participate in, as well as providing services at the Stockton Campus.
SC Administrative Support Coordinator
The SC Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of office, administrative, accounting, payroll, and general support work.
Interim ASI Administrative Support Assistant
The ASI Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of office, administrative, clerical, and general support work. In addition, they administer the Student Organization and Greek accounts.
SC Procurement Specialist
The SC Procurement Specialist is responsible for analyzing expenditures, negotiating contract details, and offering strategies and solutions to help manage costs on supplies and vendor services.
ASI Student Government Advisor – Graduate Student
The ASI Student Government Advisor is responsible for supporting events, projects, and programs related to Student Government. In addition, they also serve as a secondary advisor to the ASI Board of Directors.
SC Programs Coordinator – Graduate Student
The SC Programs Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning, executing, advising and supervising student life events on campus. They work closely with the ASI Programs Advisor on the implementation of campus pride, cultural, educational, social, fun, and special event programs for the campus community.
