- Call for Submissions: Deadline March 17, 2025
- Submit Senior Presentation Abstract: Deadline April 14, 2025
- Submit Posters and Presentations: Deadline April 28, 2025
- Submit Journal Articles: Deadline May 16, 2025

If you are unable to meet the deadlines below, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that your submission or your revised submission will be included in the Conference.
Please note that revisions for the conference will not be accepted after Friday, April 26th. Please plan ahead.
