- Enroll by April 30 for $185* per student
- Enroll by May 31 for $195* per student
- After May 31, pay $205* per student.
* A CashNet processing fee (2.9%) is added to Escalon orders.
* An Eventbrite processing fee (2.5% + $1.99) is added to Ripon orders.
Large Family Discounts
Ripon Campus Only
When a family enrolls three or more siblings from the same household, they can take advantage of an additional $25 reduction for each ticket in the group. When you enroll, look for the "Large Family Rate." (It's the last item in the ticket list.)
Refund Policies and Procedures
To request a refund for the writing camp in Ripon, you can follow these instructions in Eventbrite:
To request a refund for the writing camp in Escalon, please send an email to GVWP@csustan.edu and include the following information:
- A statement requesting the refund
- The name of the cardholder requesting the refund
- CashNet transaction number (or date of transaction)
- Student Name(s) to be deleted from enrollment lists
- Last 4 digits of the account/card used for the transaction
- Your email address (to send questions and/or confirmation)
To be sure that your email was received, phone the GVWP office at (209) 667-3490. If you leave a recorded message, be sure to mention your name and a phone number where you can be reached.
Requests submitted by May 11th will receive full refunds. Those who send requests from May 12 - May 21 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after May 21st.
