Upload all application documents and submit via the appropriate application link below.
Applications will be rejected if:

Application documents are emailed to Credential Services. All application submissions must be submitted through the application link.

Fall 2025 Completers submitting applications before January 7 will have applications rejected and will need to resubmit. Fall 2025 Completer applications can be submitted from January 7.
