How to Apply for Recommendation

1. Read the Instructions for Credential Recommendation.

2. Download and complete the credential recommendation form. 

3. Upload all application documents and submit via the appropriate application link below.

If you DO NOT have access to your Stan State email:

• Contact Credentials Services for what application documents you need to submit and how to submit.

Applications will be rejected if:

• Application documents are emailed to Credential Services. All application submissions must be submitted through the application link, UNLESS you do not have access to your Stan State email. Contact Credential Services if you don't have a Stan State email.

•  Fall 2025 Completers submitting applications before January 7 will have applications rejected and will need to resubmit. Fall 2025 Completer applications can be submitted from January 7.
