Conference Registration

Registration for NCWCA 2026 will open December 1, 2025.

Early Registration: December 1, 2025 – March 13, 2026

• $40/Students
• $65/Part-time Staff & Faculty
• $90/Full-time Staff & Faculty

March 13 – April 15, 2026

• $45/Students
• $75/Part-time Staff & Faculty
• $100/Full-time Staff & Faculty 

Registration will close on Warrior Life Wed, April 15, 2026

In the "Payment Options" section of the registration form, you will be directed to the Warrior Life registration page to complete your payment to Stanislaus State for NCWCA 2026. You may also mail or bring a check on the day of the conference and request an invoice.

• When using Warrior Life to pay for registration, please select "Guest" when prompted to indicate user information if you are not a Stanislaus State student or faculty member.

Please note that everyone attending the conference must fill out an individual registration form.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to help defray travel expenses for conference presenters and attendees. Scholarship applications are due February 24, 2026.
