Event Details
NCWCA 2026 will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at California State University, Stanislaus, located at One University Circle, Turlock, CA 95382. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the conference will end at 4 p.m.
Location
The campus is located off the 99 freeway by taking the Monte Vista Blvd exit and going east into Turlock. From there, the campus will be on your left off Monte Vista Blvd.
Directions to Stanislaus State
Parking
Parking is free for all conference attendees. We recommend parking lots 8 or 11, as they are the closest to the conference venue. See the campus map below for the locations of all parking lots on campus.
Event Center
Registration, meals, the poster session, and the keynote session will take place in the Stanislaus State Event Center, which is marked 211 on the campus map above. Breakout sessions will take place in classrooms and conference rooms nearby, and there will be clear markers and directions for conference attendees.
Technology
Please bring your own devices, adaptors, and materials for your breakout sessions. All breakout sessions will have projectors, screens, and connectivity capabilities. The campus uses eduroam for its Wi-Fi, or you can use “csustan guest” Wi-Fi.
Food
A continental breakfast and buffet lunch will be served at the conference. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Water, coffee, and iced tea will be served with meals.
Accommodations & Things to Do
Turlock has several hotels near Stanislaus State, and there are also Airbnb and VRBO options. Most options are less than a 10-minute drive to campus. Turlock also features a popular downtown area filled with trendy shops, good restaurants, and lively nightlife.
