Food & Beverage Service

Stan State has an exclusive contract with our Campus Dining partner, which means all food and beverage service—whether sold, distributed, or served at events on or off campus—must be arranged through our approved vendor. This includes concessions, catering, and any other meal service. Outside food providers are not permitted unless authorized through a formal approval process involving the university’s Procurement and Risk Management offices.
We encourage you to review the Campus Dining catering menus and work with their team to select options that best fit your event needs. Their services ensure high-quality offerings at competitive prices.
Alcohol Service
Guidelines for serving alcohol at campus events are being updated. More information will be available soon. In the meantime, please contact the University Events team with any questions.

Stanislaus State partners exclusively with Chartwells to provide all food and beverage service on campus. Whether you're planning a small meeting or a large-scale event, Chartwells offers a variety of catering options to fit your needs. You can select from their featured menus or work directly with their team to customize a menu that aligns with your event vision and budget.
