Planning an Event?

Submit your request to host an event on 25Live

If you’re a Stan State faculty or staff member planning a campus event, the University Events Office is here to support you. From recommending venues and vendors to helping coordinate logistics and campus resources, our team partners with departments and programs to ensure successful, well-executed events. All campus groups are required to submit event space requests through 25Live. If your event includes catering, please note that Chartwells is the exclusive food service provider on campus. You may select from their featured menus or work with them to customize offerings to suit your event. For support with planning or questions about policies, we're here to help every step of the way.
