To get started, please complete the External Group Event Form. Once submitted, a member of the University Events team will be in touch to learn more about your needs and discuss the next steps.
To ensure a smooth planning experience and compliance with university guidelines, we ask that all external organizations familiarize themselves with Stanislaus State’s campus policies prior to hosting an event.
