Our beautiful campus offers a variety of venues to suit gatherings of all sizes, and our team is here to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. If you’re an external organization interested in hosting an event at Stan State, we’re here to help you find the ideal space and support you through the planning process.
To get started, please complete the Event Request Form. Once submitted, a member of the University Events team will be in touch to learn more about your needs and discuss the next steps.
To ensure a smooth planning experience and compliance with university guidelines, we ask that all external organizations familiarize themselves with Stanislaus State’s campus policies prior to hosting an event.
Facility Use Fees
California State University, Stanislaus
Stanislaus State facilities and outdoor spaces are available to community groups and organizations for purposes that promote the mission of the university and its activities, when not needed for university programs. Facilities rental fees for use of university facilities by external customers are listed below. Required deposits vary per event.
Stanislaus State is not permitted by law (California Constitution, Article 16, Section 6 Public Finance) to gift facility use. Per California State University policies, any related costs incurred by the university are to be recovered. Charges in addition to rental fees may be assessed to cover university services, equipment use, events managers, other staff costs, or damages incurred that are unique to each customer event.
Facilities meet the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and related federal and state laws. Customers are responsible for additional accommodation.
