Communications/Newsletters

Learn about our internal communications processes and how to share your message with students, faculty and staff. Events entered in 25Live will be included on the University Events Calendar and in our campus newsletters.

Submit Events/Announcements

If you have additional communications needs related to the event/announcement, please complete the Project Request form to request support for meeting your communications goals.

Full Design Service

We will work with you to brainstorm ideas, create concepts and finalize your print or web project. Depending upon the scope of your project, we may schedule an intake meeting to begin planning your project.

Managing Print Jobs

Our staff provides completed (press-ready) files for printed materials, and the client places print orders directly with Stan Prints.

Photography

Campus photographers can take photos at campus events or schedule a photo session for headshots or other photo needs. Please complete the Photography Request form to schedule a photographer.

Please complete this form at least 1-2 weeks before the date you would like to have the photos scheduled. A team member will contact you within five (5) business days.

Submit a Story Idea/Notes

Please use this online submission form to send the MarCom team information about student success stories, current research, upcoming conference presentations, achievements, programs, or other topics that tell the story of Stan State. We will review all submissions for possible inclusion in press releases, publications, websites, and other communications channels.

Department Social Media Accounts

Please complete this form to provide the Office of Strategic Communications & Marketing information about the social media accounts you oversee/create content for on behalf of a University department/program/unit.

This information will be used to update an online directory of social media accounts for our campus (account handles will be shared publicly; names and contact information for individuals will be for internal use only).

We will also have the opportunity to share resources, best practices and training with this campuswide group of Stan State social media users. Also see the Brand website for the Social Media Guide.
