Join Health Education & Promotion (HEP) and learn how to identify causes of stress, common stressors for college students, and ways to effectively cope with and manage those stressors.
We can’t really give ourselves what we need if we don’t know what we value most. In this workshop, Health Education & Promotion (HEP) will coach attendees on how to identify core values and live a deeper and more meaningful life based on evidence-based self-compassion practice.
This workshop will show how to improve writing from the many benefits of journal writing. Students will be encouraged to write journals on paper or a computer to improve their academic writing and critical thinking skills. Examples for how to begin journaling will be included as well as personal tips from the Writing Specialist.
Students needing accommodations should email sss@csustan.edu.
