Penumbra will be hosting a series of writing workshops where participants will have a space to work on various writing styles, ask for advice, and experience other people's works. There will be multiple opportunities to attend, each occurring on a Saturday at 6 pm with a different focus on each one. They start on April 15th with a poetry workshop. There will be a fiction workshop on April 29th and a creative non-fiction workshop on May 6th. Each meeting asks for a donation of $5 to be provided to the Warrior Food Pantry for entry (instructions below).

21st Annual Capstone Conference - University Honors Program students, McNair Scholars, and President’s Central Valley First Generation Scholars in their junior and senior years present original research and creative projects in poster and presentation sessions. The conference includes virtual sessions offered on Zoom and in-person sessions offered on campus (DBH 166 & 167). Registration is required for both virtual and in-person sessions, and attendees and participants in the in-person sessions will observe all Stan State COVID-19 protocols.
