Attendees should sanitize their hands before eating at events where food is being served. The daily screening form, proof of vaccination or a negative test is no longer required for on-campus events.
All event attendees must adhere to the following:
- Attendance and check-in sheets are still required; all attendees must provide their name and phone number when checking into an event. Pre-event registration is encouraged to assist in gathering contact information for event attendees.
- To reduce the spread of COVID-19, before entering an indoor event, participants must self-attest that they and any minors with them in their care are free from the following symptoms.
- New and/or unexplained symptoms of COVID-19:
- Fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher
- Chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

- They have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days. If they tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days, they attest that they have isolated for 5 full days, are asymptomatic or symptoms are resolving, have been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication and they MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING around others.

Event Organizers
All event organizers must adhere to the following:
- Food service may revert to pre-pandemic service; however, hand sanitizer should be present where food is being served.
- Upon request by Safety & Risk Management, event organizers must provide an attendee report with the names and contact numbers of all in attendance.
- Pre-event registration is encouraged to assist in gathering contact information for event attendees.
- For in-person events with an online component, BOTH the physical location and the “Online/Virtual” location should be selected in the 25Live submission for the event.
- Event organizers will need to follow the process in 25Live to have all required “tasks” completed before the event is confirmed. Once the event is confirmed in 25Live, it can be promoted if that option has been requested.
