The Food Distribution is an event designed to support students with food security by providing a free box of food. The Food Distributions are held twice a month and made possible by the generous support from the California Faculty Association (CFA), the Warrior Food Pantry, and United Samaritans Foundation. Food boxes will be available for curbside pick-up at University Circle and depending on inventory, afterward at our Warriors Food Pantry!

Log on and cook along with us! Basic Needs, Health Education and Promotion, and Housing & Residential Life partner to bring you this month’s recipe is Potato Broccoli Cheddar Soup!

Pick up all ingredients from the Warrior Food Pantry (SSB #128) the Wednesday before the demo starting at noon; while supplies last! All zoom participants will be entered to win a prize!

Dear Warrior Community and Friends,

Nothing compares to the excitement and energy that the return to fall classes brings to our beautiful campus. Fall has always been one of my favorite seasons because I love the idea of returning to school or to campus to experience the joy of meeting new people and engaging in the love of learning. Welcoming new and returning students to Stan State each fall is always a highlight for me.

Two Stanislaus State nursing students are among five Central Valley recipients of the Golden Valley Health Center Foundation’s annual Flora R. Martinez Nursing Scholarship.

Allyssa Walker of Lodi and Rebecca DeStefano of Tracy each received $5,000 awards from this year’s $25,000 scholarship fund. The remaining $15,000 was divided evenly among three students attending other valley colleges.
