Organization for Assessment in Academic Affairs

Stanislaus State began formalized assessment in the 1990s, with assessment of student learning becoming more directly linked to institutional decision-making, strategic planning, and budgetary allocations. In 2004, Stanislaus State restructured its organizational approach for assessment with the creation of the Office of Assessment. The Office of Assessment was charged with providing leadership and coordination for university-wide assessment and quality assurance,

Mission Statement

The Office of Assessment provides vigorous and positive leadership in the coordination of university-wide efforts related to improving student learning and enhancing educational effectiveness through assessment.

Stan State Art Space is happy to announce the BFA Solo exhibition from graduating senior Mikayla Saint at the BFA Solo Gallery from April 13 -- 23, 2023. A reception for the exhibition will take place Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 6:00 pm, with an artist talk at 6:30 pm.

Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, and admission is free of cost. This exhibition is open to the public. Free on-street parking is available.

The Office of Graduate Studies & Research (GSR) and the University Library invite all faculty, staff, and students to the Annual RSCA Celebration. Together we will celebrate and showcase the accomplishments of research, scholarship, and creative activity by our campus community.
