The University Art Gallery at Stan State is happy to announce the fine art exhibition Operating Under the Influence by Sacramento artist Ben Hunt from March 23 — May 5, 2023 with a reception Thursday, April 20 at 6 pm, and an Artist Talk at 6:30 pm.

Are you feeling overwhelmed and need to manage your stress this semester?  If you are feeling anxious, our Stress Management Workshop is for you. In this workshop you will learn to recognize the signs that you are stressed, skills to manage and to cope with feelings of overwhelm.  You will also learn relaxation skills to cope with the challenges experienced.  This workshop is intended to aid Stan State students to deal with life’s challenges and to enhance our wellbeing.

The gallery is located at 226 N. First St. in downtown Turlock.
