Please join Stan State’s Stockton Campus community in bringing awareness to suicide prevention through the Out of the Darkness, Suicide Prevention Awareness 5k Walk. Suicide is a leading cause of death. Upon arrival to the walk, we will provide water and healthy snacks. At check-in, you will also receive a participation wristband.

Join Dr. Ryan Terrill for a 60-90 minute informal guided survey of the birds on the beautiful Stan State campus. We will meet at the North entrance to Naraghi hall by Willow Lake.

As she observes changes at the Stanislaus State Stockton Campus, including being among five full-time faculty added to the staff, Advanced Studies in Education Assistant Professor Donnieau Snyder looks beyond plans for a new building and other physical features. 

Medical Monitoring is a prevention strategy that is used to ensure that workers are safe and healthy. It reviews health data from an individual or group of employees over time. Medical surveillance intends to detect and remove health hazards from the work environment before any injury can occur.

Join us at the 28th Annual Si Se Puede Celebration honoring the lives of farmworkers and Central Valley Activist, Cesar E. Chavez, Dolores Huerta, and Larry Itliong.

The program includes a keynote speaker, poster display, and Ballet Folklorico entertainment. Co-hosted by the Cesar E. Chavez Committee, The Chicanx Latinx Faculty & Staff Association and the Warrior Cross Cultural Center.
