California State University, Stanislaus is advising all applicants who have been admitted for Fall 2009 to pay close attention to the enrollment deadlines.

CSU Stanislaus has notified admitted freshmen and transfer students of the importance of turning in their notification of intent to enroll for the fall semester as soon as possible. The earlier deadlines are part of an effort to have students enrolled as soon as possible to help meet California State University system enrollment limits enacted due to the state’s budget deficits.
The Promise Scholars Program at California State University, Stanislaus, that seeks to provide emancipated foster youth with greater access to higher education, has received an appropriation of $285,000 from the federal government.  The appropriation was included in the FY09 Omnibus Appropriations bill that was signed into law on March 11 by President Obama.
