Drop-in Tutoring available
Drop-in tutoring is available every Fall and Spring to students in a variety of classes. Students can drop in for a quick question or stay to complete their work. No appointment is needed!
During drop-in tutoring, students can focus on homework, writing papers, studying for exams, etc. in a supported space where they can collaborate with other students and tutors who can offer support.

Math Drop-In Tutoring
Math tutoring is available for students who want to drop in for a quick question about a math problem, study with the support of a tutor, or work with a tutor on building confidence and skills in their class. Students are encouraged to visit walk-in tutoring with classmates or individually. No appointment is needed!
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and limited 8 a.m. support

STEM PALS Drop-In Tutoring
STEM drop-in tutoring is an in-person service available during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Students can drop in for quick questions about a STEM course topic, study with the support of a tutor, or work with a tutor on building confidence and skills in their class. Students are welcome to come to drop-in tutoring with classmates or individually. No appointment is needed!
This service is provided through collaboration with the College of Science and the ASPIRE program.

Same-Day Tutoring
Same-day tutoring is provided online or in person on a first-come, first-served basis. Stop by the Learning Commons front desk or call 209-667-3642 after 9:00 a.m. to sign up for one of the available 25-minute sessions. Students may request one session per day, with additional time depending on availability. For more information, please visit the Writing Center website.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. online. Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (in-person only).
