The CalFresh Healthy Living on College Campuses Project implements SNAP-Ed activities at 13 California State University (CSU) campuses targeting SNAP-Ed eligible students. Through cooking classes, social media promotions, outreach events and campus partnerships, we aim to create a culture on campuses where the healthy choice is the easy choice and students feel confident in their ability to prepare nourishing meals and live active lifestyles.

Healthy-U 101 offers accessible nutrition education, self-guided/series-based workshops, food demonstrations, and opportunities to get a recipe kit with ingredients to create a healthy and affordable recipe.
