Lace up your sneakers, Warriors! Join us for the second annual Stan State 5K Fun Run filled with good vibes, fun goodies, and a pancake breakfast! Open to students, staff, and the community.

Registration Details
The Stan State 5K Fun Run is open to the community, drawing together students, staff, faculty, alumni, and local residents in a shared celebration of our university community. The race will take place through our beautiful campus, nestled in the great City of Turlock.
Please Note: Entry fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All participants must be 18 years old or older. Strollers and pets are prohibited on the 5K route.

Race Day Experience
Everything from guided stretches, a live DJ, to a delicious post run breakfast, we have everything you need for the perfect race day experience.
Participants who are unable to pick up their packet in advanced, may stop by the Information Booth prior to the race start time to pick up their packet.
Tip: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the 9am start time.
Drop by the Fix it Station for additional pins and assistance in applying your bib and getting fun run ready!
Get pumped and race-day ready at the Stretch Zone! Led by Campus Recreation student instructors, this high-energy warm-up will get your body moving and confidence up before you hit the starting line. Start strong and set the pace for an amazing 5K!
Cheer on your 5k runners! Spectators are welcome around the route to bring the energy, celebrate our runners, and show off your warrior spirit.
Whether you're holding signs or cheering out loud, your presence makes the run unforgettable!
Spectators may also join Campus Recreation in the Quad for a game of volleyball, archery tag, and other lawn games before, during or after the run!

Parking
Parking is FREE on race day! We recommend parking in Parking Lot 2 or Parking Lot 11 for easier access to the event location in the Quad.

- The Stan State Spirit 5K Fun Run is open to the community. We encourage all students, staff, and local community members to register today! All participants must be at least 18 years old.
- 5Ks are 3.1 miles in length. Our 5K route takes participants through our beautiful campus at Stanislaus State.
- No, running is optional! Participants can walk, jog, run or move at their pace. The Stan State 5K Fun Run is open and available to participants of all abilities. To request an accommodation please call 209.667.6833 at least 72 hours in advance.
- Bring your ID, wear sunscreen and comfortable shoes, and don’t forget to bring on the energy!
- Stollers are prohibited on the 5K route, but strollers can be with spectators along the route sidelines.
- Pets are prohibited on the 5K route, but leashed pets may be with spectators along the route in a manner in which they do not pose a threat to safety.
- No need to register if you are not participating in the 5K. Spectators are welcome along the sidelines of the 5K route.
- Yes, water will be available at the midway point of the route.
- The 5K typically takes place rain or shine, unless weather conditions create safety hazards. Any changes will be communicated by email, social media, or event staff.
- Yes. A first aid station or medical personnel will be available at the event.
