The ASI Marketing Department offers a variety of marketing services for students, student organizations, and campus departments. Marketing Services include custom orders for promotional items and apparel, design and print services, and A-frame rentals.

ASI Warrior Merchandise is also presented by the ASI Marketing Department. The Warrior Merchandise pop-up shops offer the latest trends in Warrior apparel and merchandise.

The ASI Marketing Department offers design and print services to all students and student organizations on campus. The team works with clients to design custom logos, flyers, and posters. Printing services include posters, banners, flyers, and copies.

A-Frame Requests

The ASI Marketing Department offers A-frame rentals to the entire campus community.

Submit a Marketing Request

 

  • A-Frame rental requests MUST be submitted at least ONE WEEK prior to the desired rental date and are subject to availability.
  • All A-frames must be set up and removed by the requesting campus entity.
  • The person picking up and dropping off A-frames will be required to fill out and sign a Check-Out/Check-In form; the employee at the ASI & SC Front Desk will initial the form indicating all areas on the form have been completed.
  • A-Frames must be returned in the same condition they were picked up - free of posters, tape, or tape residue.
  • Please bring your own wagon, cart or transportation device to pick up A-frames.
  • In addition to these guidelines, all users must comply with the Stanislaus State Posting Policy.

  • The cost for A-frame rentals is $3 per day, per A-frame, including weekends.
  • ASI provides A-frames only. All other materials (tape, scissors) may be requested as an add-on service for $3. To avoid this fee, please bring your own materials and be prepared to complete set-up independently.
  • If assistance is needed for transporting A-frames, and if a staff member is available to assist with a cart for delivery, a $20 assisted transportation fee will be added to the final invoice.
  • A-Frames must be returned by 5:00pm, on the designated due date or late fees will be applied ($4 per day, per A-frame for each additional day the A-frames are out).
  • A new A-frame request may be submitted if rental days need to extended beyond seven days.
  • A-Frames returned with any posters, tape, or excessive debris are subject to a $2 per A-frame clean-up fee.
  • Requesting Campus entity will assume full liability for any lost or damaged A-frames($110 per lost/ damaged A-frame).

Payment
Request for payment will be issued weekly following the return of all A-frames at the end of each week. The ASI & SC Front Desk accepts check & cash ONLY. Please make checks payable to Associated Students, Inc. (ASI). If charging your student organization or department account then no further action is needed.
