Setting Up Your Device

Which device do you want to print from?

Important: Make sure your Windows device is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.

  1. Download and run the Mobility Print Printer Setup.
  2. On the License Agreement screen, click Next.
  3. Select a lab printer, then click Next.
  4. Enter your PaperCut username and password, then click Next.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Print your document.
  7. To add more lab printers, run the Mobility Print Printer Setup again.

*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Microsoft Windows 7+.

Important: Make sure your Apple Mac is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.

  1. Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
  2. Click the
    icon under the Printers List.
  3. The Add dialog is displayed. This dialog displays a list of all discovered lab printers on the network.
  4. Select a lab printer. The Name, Location, and Use is displayed.
  5. Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Print your document. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
  8. To add more lab printers, repeat steps 1-6.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports macOS Yosemite+.

Important: Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.

On iPhones and iPads, Mobility Print works through AirPrint.

  1. Open the app to print from.
  2. Tap the app’s share icon. The icon may be found in app's settings.
  3. Tap the print icon or "Print".
  4. Tap Select Printer and choose a lab printer.
  5. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
  6. Choose the number of copies and select other options if necessary (like double-sided).
  7. Tap Print in the upper-right corner.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports iOS 9.2+.

Important: Make sure your Android device is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.

  1. Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Launch the app.
  3. Tap Android settings.
  4. Tap Mobility Print.
  5. Tap the enable toggle.
  6. Exit out of Settings.
  7. Print your document. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.

*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Android 4.4+.

Important: Make sure your Chromebook is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.

  1. Install the Mobility Print app from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open the page to print.
  3. Right-click, then select Print.
  4. Click Change to choose a lab printer.
  5. Select a lab printer from the list.
  6. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
  7. Click Sign in and print.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Chrome OS with Chrome version 43+.
