Setting Up Your Device
Which device do you want to print from?
Important: Make sure your Windows device is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.
- Download and run the Mobility Print Printer Setup.
- On the License Agreement screen, click Next.
- Select a lab printer, then click Next.
- Enter your PaperCut username and password, then click Next.
- Click Finish.
- Print your document.
- To add more lab printers, run the Mobility Print Printer Setup again.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Microsoft Windows 7+.
Important: Make sure your Apple Mac is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
- Click the
- The Add dialog is displayed. This dialog displays a list of all discovered lab printers on the network.
- Select a lab printer. The Name, Location, and Use is displayed.
- Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
- Click Add.
- Print your document. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
- To add more lab printers, repeat steps 1-6.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports macOS Yosemite+.
Important: Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.
On iPhones and iPads, Mobility Print works through AirPrint.
- Open the app to print from.
- Tap the app’s share icon. The icon may be found in app's settings.
- Tap the print icon or "Print".
- Tap Select Printer and choose a lab printer.
- When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
- Choose the number of copies and select other options if necessary (like double-sided).
- Tap Print in the upper-right corner.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports iOS 9.2+.
Important: Make sure your Android device is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.
- Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the app.
- Tap Android settings.
- Tap Mobility Print.
- Tap the enable toggle.
- Exit out of Settings.
- Print your document. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Android 4.4+.
Important: Make sure your Chromebook is connected to the "eduroam" wireless network.
- Install the Mobility Print app from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open the page to print.
- Right-click, then select Print.
- Click Change to choose a lab printer.
- Select a lab printer from the list.
- When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.
- Click Sign in and print.
*Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Chrome OS with Chrome version 43+.
