A valid University e-mail address and password are required to connect to the secure eduroam network. Guest access is also available on the csus-guest network.

Secure Access to eduroam Network

Please select the operating system for the device you would like to connect:

Guest Access Information

If you are a guest visiting Stan State and not a student, faculty, or staff member, please look for the "csus-guest" SSID on your device. When your device attempts to connect to it, a wizard will walk you through the steps to configure your device.

Note: The Guest network is Internet access only and is more constrained than the secure wireless network. Faculty, staff, and students are required to use the secure wireless network for access to all campus resources.

Have your phone ready and enroll in MFA so you can protect your accounts and personal information.

For more information on MFA and to enroll or read the FAQ, please visit OIT's dedicated MFA Page

Student Internet Program (Discontinued)

The program started in late 2020 during the pandemic when the University was focused on remote learning and commuting. The program provided a promotional opportunity for students who required sufficient internet connectivity while remote learning requiring the services such as Zoom. Since the campus community has mostly returned back to campus, students are invited to visit either campus in Turlock or Stockton to connect to the Eduroam wireless network.

The Internet Essentials program hosted by Xfinity remains a suitable low-cost option for those that require internet connectivity at home. Please visit the Internet Essentials website to see if you qualify.

Alternatively, Ayera Technologies, Inc. may be a good option if Xfinity is unavailable in your area.

NOTE: The Office of  Information Technology will no longer be providing promotional funding for these programs.
