California State University Stanislaus uses the third-party company, Experian Verify, for employment verifications (previously known as uConfirm). A verifier includes lenders, property managers, prospective employers, and social services agencies.

About Public Records

Many records of Stanislaus State are available for public inspection under the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code section 6250 et seq.), as well as those of its auxiliaries under the McKee Transparency Act (Cal. Ed. Code section 89913 et seq.).

The records may be in writing, paper, report, study, map, photograph, book, card, tape recording, or other material that is created, maintained, or filed by or with a public agency and must contain information relating to the conduct of the public's business.

Whistleblower & Whistleblower Retaliation Complaints Purpose

The President has designated the Office of Equity & Diversity to receive complaints from Employees, Former Employees, and Applicants for CSU employment who wish to report alleged Improper Governmental Activity. 

Executive Order 1115 (article II, § G) defines Improper Governmental Activity, reportable as a Whistleblower Disclosure, as activity that:

We understand that employees are not the only individuals that require system access (i.e., CHRS Recruiting, 25live, email, Peoplesoft, CSU Learn, etc.). Requesting access for a non-CSU employee is done by submitting the paperless Non-CSU Employee Access Request form.

Due to system limitations, we are unable to provide access without having the individual’s social security number and date of birth.
