Fitness Programs at Campus Recreation

Campus Recreation promotes an inclusive and empowering fitness culture through its programs and services. This semester, all classes and services are provided both in person and online through Zoom or social media platforms. In addition, trainers will interact through Instagram Live sessions and other social media content to directly answer any questions, concerns, or provide additional fitness tips/advice.
