Sport Clubs give students the opportunity to stay active, compete and build community while representing their school. These student-run teams compete against other colleges and universities, operating independently from the university's varsity athletic program.

Alongside Intramural Sports and NCAA Athletics, Sport Clubs provide another way for students to engage in athletics and recreation on campus. While Intramural Sports emphasize recreational competition among Stan State students and NCAA Athletics focuses on varsity-level competition, Sport Clubs offer a unique blend of competitive play and student leadership.

What sets Sport Clubs apart is the level of student involvement behind them. Members take an active role in organizing practices, coordinating travel, recruiting new players and supporting club operations. This hands-on experience allows students to develop leadership, teamwork and organizational skills.
