Facility Reservations

Welcome to Campus Recreation!  Our facilities are available for reservation by students, staff, faculty, recognized campus organizations & community. Campus Recreation offers a variety of versatile spaces designed to support everything from meetings and workshops to trainings, practices and special programming.

Our available locations include:

  • Aquatics Facility – ideal for swim-based programming, trainings, and special events

  • Student Fitness Center & Multi-Sport Court – a dynamic space for recreation, fitness activities and group programming

  • Stadium Track Practice Area – perfect for training sessions and organized practices

  • Rec/Intramural Fields – open, outdoor spaces suited for games, practices and large-scale events

  • Stadium – a premier venue for major events, practices, and campus gatherings

  • Village Café – a welcoming space for meetings, socials, and informal programming

Please note: Facility reservation requests can be made by submitting the appropriate event information on 25Live, which is Stanislaus State’s online location database and event scheduling tool. Facility reservation agreement is not guaranteed until confirmation has been posted on 25Live. Please review the information below to reserve a space for your event. 

How to Reserve a Facility 

  1. Submit Your Request: 
    Send an email request to Michael Cunha at: mcunha@csustan.edu. For more information on the process, we encourage you to review the Policies and Information Handbook.

  2. Confirmation
    An email confirmation will be sent to you when your request receives final approval. 

  3. View and Create Reservations: 
    To view all reservations or to create a new reservation request, please go to 25Live. 

25Live System

25Live is Stanislaus State's space scheduling and event submission platform. This system not only allows users to secure locations for events and academic courses but also enables the request for campus services and provides a review of university events on and off campus to ensure event success and safety. 

25Live Reservation Tips

  • Reserve spaces for meetings, events and academic courses
  • Ensure proper review of all activities taking place on campus
  • Secure campus services for personnel, equipment, and assistance, such as:
    • HVAC & locks/unlocks of room
    •  OIT work order requests
    • Publications requests

  • Processing Time: Please allow six weeks prior to the date(s) requested for processing. 

  • Eligibility: Reservations are open to students, staff, faculty, recognized campus organizations & community. 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance to avoid fees. 

  • Facility Rules: All users must adhere to facility rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation.   

Facility Rental Guidelines

 

Flat-Fee
Flat fees apply to any group.

Third Party Groups
Third Party is considered any non-profit or profit organizations. Examples that would fall into this category would be church groups, charity groups and business groups.

Local School Groups
Local School Groups are any verified groups associated with a school district within Stanislaus County. Examples that would fall into this category would be established school clubs and high school athletic departments.

Campus Groups
Campus Groups are verified groups associated with California State University, Stanislaus. Examples that would fall into this category would be Campus clubs, departments and events.

Campus Recreation classifies co-sponsorship as an event or program sponsored by a university unit in conjunction with a non-university group. A co-sponsorship may receive some university affiliations benefits in terms of having priority in the use of facilities and comparable fees. University units that co-sponsor assume responsibility for the event or program, serving as a primary contact and ensurer of university event procedure guidelines. Event reservations and initial event planning should go through the Campus Recreation Department.
