Group X Spring 2026 Schedule

Group X is a fitness program designed to engage and motivate members to improve their physical well-being through a variety of classes. Led by our experienced fitness instructors, classes range from strength training to cardio workouts, offering something for everyone. Classes listed with an asterisk (*) will be held in the Village Cafe, or otherwise as noted. All other classes will meet at the Recreation Center.

Basic Strength

An introductory class focused on building strength and muscle through everyday movements like squats, pushes, pulls and carries.

A beginner-friendly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuit using a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio on cardio and strength machines to boost calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance. Tue & Thu 4 - 5 p.m. Bibiana

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Martial art focused on control, submissions and technique over strength. Build skill, confidence and fitness.
