Group X Fall 2026 Schedule

Group X is a fitness program designed to engage and motivate members to improve their physical well-being through a variety of classes. Led by our experienced fitness instructors, classes range from strength training to cardio workouts, offering something for everyone. View the schedule below to find the perfect class for your fitness goals. No sign up required!

Classes listed with an asterisk (*) will be held in the Student Recreation Village, or otherwise as noted. All other classes will meet at the Student Fitness Center.

A fast-paced, team-based workout using functional exercises and intervals to build full-body strength, endurance, agility and mental resilience through teamwork.

Paris Conboy

Paris Conboy (Paris or PJ)

Paris is a senior pursuing a double  major in Business Administration and Exercise Science, with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence and healthy habits. His training style  combines resistance training with bootcamp and  circuit-style cardio workouts that are challenging, effective, and adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether your  goal is to build muscle, improve endurance or enhance  overall fitness, he's committed to creating workouts that 
keep you motivated and progressing. Outside of the gym, he enjoys hiking, playing basketball and staying active.

 

Brycen Hardin

Brycen Hardin

Brycen is a Business Administration major with a  concentration in Computer Information Systems and a  minor in Cybersecurity. As a strength-focused trainer, he specializes in heavy lifting and maximizing power output. His coaching style emphasizes proper technique, progressive overload and building confidence under the  bar. He enjoys helping students build strength, develop  effective training habits and gain discipline both in and out of the gym.

 

Bibiana Sanchez Aguilar

Bibiana "Bibi" Sanchez Aguilar

Bibiana earned her bachelor's  degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Movement and is passionate about helping others achieve  sustainable results through strength and conditioning. Her training philosophy focuses on building a strong,  functional body that enhances health, performance, and  longevity. She believes fitness should help you feel  confident, capable and energized in everyday life. Outside of training, she enjoys hiking, Olympic weightlifting, reading and spending time with friends and family. 

 

Jeremiah Washington

Jeremiah Washington (Coach Jeremiah) 

Jeremiah is an Atos  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt with an A.A. in Kinesiology, a  B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Leadership Studies. His training philosophy emphasizes consistency over intensity and smart movement over brute force. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your existing skills, his goal is to create an environment where hard work and smart strategy help you grow stronger, move better and make continuous progress on and off the mats.
