Surf the Wellness Wave at our Student Health Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m!

Stop by the Student Health Center and learn more about our services, take part in fun activities and get informed about resources from both on-campus and community partners within Stanislaus County. At the fair, you'll also be able to get a free blood pressure check, flu shot or schedule a health screening provided by the Student Health Center. Harm reduction information will also be offered by the Stanislaus County Department of Public Health.

Start your morning with a relaxing yoga session with Campus Recreation on the SHC Patio before the Health Fair kicks off.

The first 25 students will receive a free yoga mat — don’t miss it!

Join Counseling and Psychological Services for a painting activity on the SHC Patio.

Students can drop in anytime to paint their own magnetic canvas and bring home a piece of art!

Basic Needs Learn more about CalFresh food assistance resources and enjoy free snacks along the way!
Campus Recreation Start your morning with a relaxing yoga session on the SHC Patio from 9 - 10 a.m. The first 25 students get a free yoga mat!
Counseling and Psychological Services Take a creative break with CAPS and paint your own magnetic canvas at the SHC Patio from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. You'll also have a chance to speak with a Wellbeing Ambassador about resources available on campus.
Health Education and Promotion Learn more about wellness resources from Health Education & Promotion and meet the College Corps Fellows.
Stanislaus County Public Health Visit the Stanislaus County Department of Public Health table to learn about harm reduction resources available to you. They’ll also be providing free at-home syphilis testing kits.
University Police Department Learn about practical first aid skills with the University Police Department during a hands-on demonstration.
