Penumbra Online is inviting you to our virtual launch party for our 2021 Summer edition. This year our edition's theme was Self-Love, and we were blown away by incredible pieces portraying the most difficult yet important love of all, self-love. Join us as we celebrate our amazing authors and artists who made this edition possible. We are thrilled for the opportunity to present this edition of Penumbra Online and discuss our upcoming Fall edition.
We all experience anxiety in our lives, sometimes to the point of feeling totally overwhelmed. This presentation will focus on defining anxiety and common symptoms. Information will be provided on developing a positive mindset, balancing life’s demands, assertiveness and relationship skills, effective self-care and relaxation techniques.
