Have you ever had "butterflies in your stomach" when you were nervous? Or tense muscles when you were stressed? In this class, we will use the stretching, breathing, and movement of yoga to increase awareness, health, and restoration of this important mind-emotion-body connection. No yoga experience is necessary, and yoga mats will be provided.
