The 2023 Ethnic Studies Black History Month event at Stanislaus State will take place this year on Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. in person at the Turlock campus. This event is the fifth annual Black Power Matters program; this year's theme, Radical Reclaiming of Black Joy and Liberation, emphasizes deconstructing white supremacist narratives of blackness.

In honor of Black History Month, students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to join the Black Faculty and Staff Association for movie night!
