A gentle, intentional flow that links breath with movement at an unhurried pace. This class builds strength, mobility, and balance while emphasizing ease and presence rather than intensity or speed. Modifications will be offered, making it accessible to a wide range of experience levels.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and blocks if they have them.

A slow-moving, grounding practice designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body while calming the nervous system. This class includes simple standing and seated postures held for a few breaths, with a strong focus on breath awareness and mindful movement. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga.

The University Galleries are excited to announce The Art Department Student Juried Exhibition taking place at the Stan State Art Space. The exhibition will be on display from March 25, 2026 -- May 1st, 2026. The exhibition will include a variety of artwork from Stan State Art students including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, and more.

Stan State Art Space is located at 226 N. First Street in downtown Turlock. Gallery hours are Wednesday & Friday from 12:00 noon -- 5:00 p.m. Thursdays 1:00p.m -- 6:00p.m.

Students in STEM CRU will be presenting their posters to a group of local employers in STEM, faculty, staff, and peers.

Local STEM Employers visit campus to learn about the novel research that our STEM CRU students have been involved in under the mentorship of Stanislaus State faculty.

The Gaming Club and Math Club are getting together to host a Chess Tournament! Come by and compete or just hangout to play a variety of board games (such as uno, dominoes, sequence, etc.). Everyone is welcome!

Study Break: Color & Create is a relaxing, drop-in workshop hosted by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) that offers students a supportive space to step away from academic stress through creativity. During the event, students can color, draw, and make handmade cards using a variety of provided materials, with no art experience required. The focus is on mindfulness, self-care, and enjoying the creative process rather than the final product.
