Join us for Pen and Peace, a relaxing and creative workshop designed to help you de-stress through the power of writing. We will explore different forms of expressive writing from journaling and free writing to poetry, that will help you unwind, clear your mind, and gain a sense of calm.

We all have different brains that influence how we operate in the world around us. For students with neurodivergence like ADHD, autism, or dysgraphia, your neurotype might influence your writing process. Open to all students, this workshop will address common obstacles neurodivergent writers encounter and ways to overcome them.
"Fold into Calm" at our Origami for Mindfulness workshop! Origami, the Japanese art of Take a peaceful break as you create beautiful paper art, using mindful folding techniques to reduce stress and stay in the moment. Perfect for all skill levels, this workshop is a creative and relaxing way to unwind and find balance.

The University Strategic Planning Council is established to develop and monitor the University Strategic Planning Process. Applying a highly consultative, campus community-based approach, the University Strategic Planning Council shall develop and recommend to the President a new strategic plan to guide California State University, Stanislaus for an eight-year period, 2017-2025.
