The CAPS’ Well-Being Ambassadors invite students to a 4 hour mental health workshop designed to provide a safe, supportive, and informative space for those feeling overwhelmed or stressed during the semester. This open event will connect students with helpful campus and community resources, offer practical wellness strategies, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Participants will engage in interactive activities and discussions focused on stress management, self-care, and building resilience. Food and beverages will be provided by the Well-Being Ambassadors.

Celebrate Assyrian New Year “Kha b’ Nissan” at Stan State! Join us for an evening of live entertainment, traditional dances, and connection. Co-hosted by Community Engagement & Belonging, Assyrian Faculty & Staff Association, and the Assyrian Club.

We invite you to join us on Dolores Huerta Day for a virtual panel discussion to reflect on the impact of sexual abuse and assault within social movements, in light of recent revelations involving Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta, as well as the voices of other survivors who have come forward. This panel will create space to unpack these complexities, center survivor voices, and share resources for healing and accountability. Together, we will explore how we can build safer, more transparent, and more accountable spaces in our communities and movements.
