Current Students

Yes. OMBA students have the option of earning a three-course concentration in the areas of Digital & Social Media Marketing, Human Resource Management, or Finance. Students can simply use their three elective courses towards the completion of a concentration. To learn more about these concentrations and their curriculum, visit the Concentrations webpage.

The class schedule is available on the program website, Course Schedule tab. Students will also be emailed, by Extended and International Education, no earlier than two months prior to the start of the term, with a list of the available classes and registration instruction.

Extended and International Education (EIE) will manage your course registration. You will receive an email from the EIE program manager no earlier than two months prior to the start of each term. It will include a list of the available classes, registration instructions, and deadlines for registration.  Please make sure your student email is set up and working properly. All student communications will be sent to your university email. Plan to check your email regularly.

Stanislaus State utilizes Canvas and Moodle as LMS platforms. Typically, on the first day of the term, you will receive an email from your professor with details as to which platform they will be using for your class. Their email will include either an invitation to access your course on Canvas or include an enrollment code for you to access your course on Moodle. Once enrolled in your course LMS, you may link to Canvas and Moodle conveniently from your MyStanState student portal.

Graduate school is an important commitment and a big investment in your future. The Center for Excellence in Graduate Education (CEGE) supports the academic success of master’s students from application through graduation and provides workshops and outreach for future graduate students. To help you succeed, we offer a wide range of support services.

You may review class rosters on your MyStanState account and on Canvas, a few days after. Students are registered in classes a few months prior to the start of the term but registration may occur right up through and after the first day. Extended and International Education will send an email, with student names, for those who will be registered close to the start of the term.
